Casting Couch Productions presented "A Night on the Couch". Monday 28 April 2003. 7:00 p.m. (until late).
Our first-ever social / networking / LAUNCH PARTY / fund-raising function, held @ Darlinghurst Theatre, 19 Greenknowe Avenue, Potts Point.

"A Night on the Couch" was designed for people involved or interested in the Sydney entertainment industry, especially independent Theatre production, to get together and have fun. We announced details of our upcoming production, the June 2003 world première of "Catharsis" by Greg Eccleston.

Entertainment line-up included;

emcee Jude Bowler a.k.a. 'Waylene Thrushcutter, security to the Stars', fresh from her performances @ Enmore Theatre & Melbourne Comedy Festival
Lisa Jayne Wood -- 'bungalow music', jamming with her neighbour
comedian David Bloustein -- RAW Comedy semi-finalist
the faze -- cool is deadly
Catherine O'Brien -- Kings Cross local legend "L.A. or busk"
Brett Wood -- Recently described as 'Charlie Chaplin meets Leonard Cohen', Brett Wood is a singer/songwriter known for his honesty and playful spirit on stage.
